Terms of Use

Use of the THAI TROPIC site ("the site") is subject to the following terms. Browsing or using the site constitutes full agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, please refrain from using the site.

1. Nature of the Service

The site provides tourist information about Thailand (guides, an interactive map, weather, currency, and visa information) and directs users to the Agoda platform to complete actual hotel bookings. We do not operate bookings, do not handle payments, and are not a party to the booking agreement between the user and the lodging provider.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy and update content on an ongoing basis, but prices, availability, and entry/visa conditions may change without prior notice. Final details should be confirmed with the relevant provider (Agoda, an embassy, a tourism authority) at the time of actual booking — the site is not a substitute for independent verification, particularly on visa and health matters.

3. Permitted Use

The site may be used for personal, non-commercial trip-planning purposes. Prohibited: automated scraping of content, flooding the site's servers with requests, attempting to bypass security mechanisms, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, design, logo, code) is the property of THAI TROPIC or displayed under license, and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission. Hotel images are displayed courtesy of Agoda and the property owners.

5. Affiliate Links and Advertising

Some links on the site are affiliate links (mainly Agoda) — see our Affiliate Disclosure. The site may in the future also include display ads through networks such as Google AdSense.

6. Limitation of Liability

Use of the site is at the user's own risk. The site is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from use of the site, reliance on the information in it, or a booking made through a third party (Agoda).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes agreement to the updated terms. Material changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are subject to Israeli law, and any dispute concerning them will be heard exclusively in the competent courts of Israel, unless otherwise determined in legal consultation.
